1. How to place an order?

Please Call or Whatsapp us on +91 8812913446 to discuss your desired cake and we will respond, subject to booking availability for the date. After the complete discussion and finalizing of the cake, we will send you the bank details for the payment. 50% advance payment should be sent for the order to be confirmed. Rest of the payment can be done upon delivery or pickup. Please note that your cake will not be booked in until the deposit is received. Long Whatsapp discussion does not mean order is confirmed till the payment is received.


2. How early can I place an order?

Please book early to avoid disappointment and last minute rush. Our specialty sugar flowers and figures are handcrafted only on receiving confirmed order and take considerable time to complete. If you require a celebration cake without any specific handcrafted theme, please don’t hesitate to ask and we will try to accommodate if our schedule allows it.

3. Do you offer customised items not listed in your menu?

We surely try to bake customised preferred items of the customer as and when required. Do give us a call or leave a Whatsapp message to check if we can offer what you have in mind!

4. Do you have a home delivery service?

Delivery services can be made available depending on the size of the order and our schedule. However, we prefer you pick-up your order. Large sized cakes are only available for pickup. Please note delivery charges would be extra and are dependent on the distance from our location. We always pack the cake safely and give you instructions on how to handle it properly, however since we have no control on the cake once it leaves our premises, we won’t be responsible for any damage to the cake in transport.

5. How can I make the payment?

We accept payment through Google Pay, NEFT, IMPS and Cash.

6. What time can I pick up my order?

Once the order is confirmed, we will discuss the best possible time for you to pick up your order. We strive to always keep your cake ready exactly on promised time and we really appreciate clients who value our time as well. Since we are a small scale home-based business, coming late for pickups without informing us prior isn’t very ideal for us.

7. What if I cancel the order?

For orders which are not picked up, we retain the 50% deposit made and have a no refund policy. For cancellations made up to 2 days prior, we retain the 50% deposit .For cancellations made 3-7 days prior, a 25% fee of your total bill amount is retained. For cancellations made a 1 week or more prior, there is option to retain the balance with us to be used in your next order, or a cancellation fee of 20% is charged.
